§ 17-0816. Coordination with AEM program.
To the extent practical and consistent with the purposes of this title
and title seven of this article, SPDES permits for farm operations
participating in the agricultural environmental management (AEM) program
as set forth in article eleven-A of the agriculture and markets law
shall incorporate as part of the SPDES permit terms and conditions any
AEM plan prepared for the permit applicant.
To the extent practical and consistent with the purposes of this title
