    Purpose

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 17, TITLE 14

    § 17-1401. Purpose.

    It is the purpose of this title to safeguard the waters of the state
    from nonpoint source pollution by controlling and abating new and
    existing sources of nonpoint source pollution.
