    Powers to be additional

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 21, TITLE 3

    § 21-0309. Powers to be additional.

    Any powers herein granted to the commission shall be regarded as in
    aid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any other
    powers vested in said commission by other laws of the state of New York
    or by any other jurisdiction, or by the terms of said compact.
