§ 21-0505. Cooperation of other officers and agencies.
All state and municipal departments, commissions, boards and bodies
having to do with the waters of the state shall cooperate with the
commission and shall furnish to the commission such information as the
commission shall request, touching the pollution or the elimination
thereof, of the waters of the district.
