§ 21-0711. Prior to project approval.
No project requiring a license, permit or other approval by any agency
or officer of this state, or any subdivision thereof, shall be given any
such license, permit, or approval, if such project requires approval of
the Delaware river basin commission pursuant to the compact and such has
not been given.
