Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 21, TITLE 15
* § 21-1511. Audit.
Pursuant to section 6.1 of the mid-Atlantic states air pollution
control compact, the state Comptroller is hereby authorized and
empowered from time to time to examine the accounts and books of the
commission, including its receipts, disbursements and such other items
referring to its financial standing as the Comptroller may deem proper
and to report the results of such examination to the Governor.

Quality Act of 1967 (81 stat. 485)
