    Enforcement

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 23, TITLE 27

    § 23-2719. Enforcement.

    The provisions of this title and any rules and regulations promulgated
    thereunder shall be enforced pursuant to title 13, article 71 of this
    chapter.
