    SECTION 27-0914

    Unauthorized possession, disposal and dealing in hazardous wastes

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 27, TITLE 9

    § 27-0914. Unauthorized possession, disposal and dealing in hazardous

    wastes.

    1. No person shall possess hazardous wastes without authorization.

    2. No person shall dispose of hazardous wastes without authorization.

    3. No person shall deal in hazardous wastes without authorization.
