§ 27-1515. Rules and Regulations.
The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations in conformity
with the standards for storage, containment, transportation and disposal
of regulated medical waste, pursuant to the provisions of this title.
The commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations, consistent with
standards established by the department of health, for decontamination
and treatment of regulated medical waste pursuant to the provisions of
this title.
