    SECTION 27-2401

    Definitions

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 27, TITLE 24

    § 27-2401. Definitions.

    As used in this title:

    1. "Owner" shall mean any person or persons who owns a dwelling unit
    or commercial space located on real property.

    2. "Real property" shall mean lands, tenements and hereditaments.
