Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 1
§ 3-0101. Continuation of department.
The Department of Environmental Conservation, which was established by
chapter 140 of the Laws of 1970, is hereby continued, and all the
powers, functions, duties and obligations possessed by the department
pursuant to such chapter immediately preceding the effective date of
this chapter are hereby continued.
