    SECTION 37-0107

    Prohibition against storage or release

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 37, TITLE 1

    § 37-0107. Prohibition against storage or release.

    No person shall store or release to the environment substances
    hazardous or acutely hazardous to public health, safety or the
    environment in contravention of rules and regulations promulgated
    pursuant hereto.
