Preemption
Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 37, TITLE 5
§ 37-0509. Preemption.
Jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to bisphenol A which are
regulated pursuant to the provisions of this title shall be vested
exclusively in the state.
