§ 41-0105. Acquisition, maintenance and operation of parks, state
recreational and historic facilities and services.
The department shall, within the sixth park region, consistent with
section 9-0109 of this chapter, acquire, establish, maintain and operate
parks, state recreational and historic facilities and services, and all
the functions, powers, duties and obligations relating thereto,
possessed by the department immediately preceding the effective date of
this chapter, are hereby continued.
