    Disposition of real property

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 45

    § 45-0115. Disposition of real property.

    Real property dedicated to the preserve shall not be taken or
    otherwise disposed of except by law enacted by two successive regular
    sessions of the legislature.
