    SECTION 51-1105

    Approval and execution of projects

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 51, TITLE 11

    § 51-1105. Approval and execution of projects.

    1. Metropolitan park, open space preservation, waterway, and trailway
    projects shall be undertaken pursuant to this title only with the
    approval of the commissioner.

    2. Such projects as have been approved by the commissioner shall be
    executed by the office in the manner provided by applicable law.
