    Criteria for municipal landfill gas management projects

    § 54-0506. Criteria for municipal landfill gas management projects.

    Municipal landfill gas management project costs incurred prior to
    April first, nineteen hundred ninety-three shall not be eligible for
    state assistance payments funded pursuant to this article.
