§ 54-1111. State projects.
The commissioner is authorized, within amounts appropriated, to
directly undertake a coastal rehabilitation project pursuant to this
title in accordance with section 1 of chapter 535 of the laws of 1945,
as amended, or as specifically appropriated, on state lands or state
lands underwater.
