    Climate smart community projects

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 54, TITLE 15

    § 54-1503. Climate smart community projects.

    The commissioner, pursuant to appropriation therefor, is authorized to
    undertake climate smart community projects.
