    Terms of office; vacancies

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 7

    § 7-0103. Terms of office; vacancies.

    1. The members of the council shall hold office at the pleasure of the
    Governor.

    2. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the Governor, by and
    with the advice and consent of the Senate.
