    SECTION 71-0202

    Enforcement; designated employees to have certain powers

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 2

    § 71-0202. Enforcement; designated employees to have certain powers.

    Such employees as may be designated by the commissioner shall be
    authorized to issue uniform appearance tickets, simplified traffic
    informations, simplified parks informations, simplified environmental
    conservation informations, and uniform navigation summons and/or
    complaint, when acting pursuant to their special duties.
