    SECTION 71-1105

    Enforcement of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 11

    § 71-1105. Enforcement of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313.

    Any violation of subdivision 4 of section 15-0313 shall be a
    violation, punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand eight
    hundred dollars, and in addition thereto, by a civil penalty of not more
    than one thousand eight hundred dollars.
