    SECTION 71-1207

    Rights of aggrieved individuals

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 12

    § 71-1207. Rights of aggrieved individuals.

    The provisions of this title shall not affect, impair or in any manner
    restrict or limit the rights of any person seeking damages arising out
    of a violation of article twenty-two of this chapter.
