    Commissioner's enforcement power and duty

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 17

    § 17-1721. Commissioner's enforcement power and duty.

    The commissioner shall have the power and the duty to enforce this
    title and the provisions of this chapter listed in section 71-1701.
