    Enforcement of section 17-1705

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 19

    § 71-1905. Enforcement of section 17-1705.

    Any person violating any provision of section 17-1705 shall forfeit to
    the county where the violation occurred the sum of fifty dollars for
    every such violation.
