    Enforcement of section 17-1711

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 19

    § 71-1911. Enforcement of section 17-1711.

    Any person violating any provision of section 17-1711 shall be guilty
    of an offense, and punishable by a fine of not more than seventy-five
    dollars.
