    SECTION 71-1917

    Approval and enforcement of orders issued under section 17-1717

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 19

    § 71-1917. Approval and enforcement of orders issued under section

    17-1717.

    An order issued under section 17-1717 shall not be valid until
    approved by the Governor and the Attorney General, and when so approved
    it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to enforce such order.
