    Enforcement of section 17-1743

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 19

    § 71-1943. Enforcement of section 17-1743.

    Any person who fails to so notify the department of such release,
    discharge or spill into the waters of the state as described in section
    17-1743 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than
    three thousand seven hundred fifty dollars or imprisoned for not more
    than one year, or both.
