    Applicability of this title

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 71, TITLE 38

    § 71-3801. Applicability of this title.

    In addition to the provisions of section 71-0101 and 71-0301 of this
    chapter, the provisions of this title shall apply to the enforcement of
    article thirty-eight of this chapter.
