    Delegation of authority to license guides

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 1

    § 9-0111. Delegation of authority to license guides.

    The commissioner may delegate the authority to administer the
    licensing of guides pursuant to section 11-0533 of this chapter to the
    office of public protection.
