    Jurisdiction of certain parks and reservations

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 9, TITLE 9

    § 9-0901. Jurisdiction of certain parks and reservations.

    The department shall have care, custody, control and management of the
    Crown Point reservation in Essex county and Lake George battlefield
    park.
