    Estates, Powers & Trusts (EPT) CHAPTER 17-B, ARTICLE 1, PART 1

    § 1-1.1 Short title; how cited

    This chapter shall be known as the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law and
    may be cited as EPTL. A section of this law may be cited by article,
    part and section number, to wit, EPTL 1-1.1, which refers to article 1,
    part 1, section 1, without being preceded by the word article, part or
    section or the symbol §.
