Liability insurance
Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 6-F
§ 160-mm. Liability insurance. The fund shall purchase such insurance
as is necessary to protect the fund and any director, officer, agent or
other representative from liability for their administration of the
fund, and shall, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify such
directors, officers, agents or other representatives and hold them
harmless from liability for their administration of the fund.
