    Power to suspend a license

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 6-H

    § 160-ssss. Power to suspend a license. In cases where the health,
    safety, or welfare of the public is endangered, the department shall
    have the authority to immediately suspend a license pending a hearing
    before an administrative law judge.
