Severability
Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 6-H
§ 160-wwww. Severability. Should the courts of this state declare any
provision of this article unconstitutional, or unauthorized, or in
conflict with any other section or provision of this article, such
decision shall affect only such section or provision so declared to be
unconstitutional or unauthorized and shall not affect any other section
or part of this article.
