    SECTION 321

    Definitions

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 15-B

    § 321. Definitions. The following terms as used in this article shall
    have the following meanings.

    1. "Board" shall mean the board of directors of the institute.

    2. "Institute" shall mean the New York state Martin Luther King, Jr.
    institute for nonviolence established by section three hundred
    twenty-two of this article.
