    SECTION 523

    Purpose

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 19-G, TITLE 3, SUBTITLE B

    § 523. Purpose. The purpose of this subtitle is to protect and promote
    legal rights for youth in programs and facilities operated by the office
    of children and family services, by codifying the office of the
    ombudsman.
