    SECTION 523-F

    Notification to the office of the ombudsman of critical incidents

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 19-G, TITLE 3, SUBTITLE B

    § 523-f. Notification to the office of the ombudsman of critical
    incidents. The office of the ombudsman shall receive copies of critical
    incident reports involving a youth residing in a facility operated by
    the office.
