    Implementation

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 23

    § 644. Implementation. The commissioner of the division of criminal
    justice services and the director of the office of victim services shall
    assist criminal justice agencies in implementing the guidelines
    promulgated by the commissioner.
