    Designation of planning entity or entities

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 46

    § 963. Designation of planning entity or entities. The secretary of
    state, after consultation with the council, shall designate a planning
    entity or entities for the purposes of assisting the council in
    conducting research and developing the plan.
