    SECTION 1032

    Persons who may originate proceedings

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 10, PART 3

    § 1032. Persons who may originate proceedings. The following may
    originate a proceeding under this article:

    (a) a child protective agency, or

    (b) a person on the court's direction.
