    SECTION 1033-A

    Initial appearance

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 10, PART 3

    § 1033-a. Initial appearance. For the purposes of this section,
    "initial appearance" means the proceeding on the date the respondent
    first appears before the court after the petition has been filed and any
    adjournments thereof.
