    Appeals to appellate division

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 11

    § 1111. Appeals to appellate division. An appeal may be taken to the
    appellate division of the supreme court of the judicial department in
    which the family court whose order is appealed from is located.
