    SECTION 123

    Appointment by mayor

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 1, PART 2

    § 123. Appointment by mayor. The mayor of the city of New York shall
    appoint the judges of the family court in counties within the city of
    New York for a term of ten years.
