    Order for temporary spousal support

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 4, PART 3

    § 434-a. Order for temporary spousal support. The court may make an
    order for temporary spousal support pending a final determination,
    notwithstanding that information with respect to income and assets of
    the respondent may be unavailable.
