    SECTION 547

    Substitution of trustee

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 5, PART 4

    § 547. Substitution of trustee. The court, on motion of a party or
    otherwise, may at any time for good cause shown substitute another
    trustee for the one designated and acting.
