    Status of donor

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 5-C, PART 3

    § 581-302. Status of donor. A donor is not a parent of a child
    conceived by means of assisted reproduction where there is proof of
    donative intent under subdivision (d) of section 581-202 of this
    article.
