    Absence of surrogacy agreement

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 5-C, PART 4

    § 581-408. Absence of surrogacy agreement. Where there is no surrogacy
    agreement, the parentage of the child will be determined based on other
    laws of this state.
