    Successive petitions

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 7, PART 6

    § 768. Successive petitions. If a petition under section seven hundred
    sixty-four is denied, it may not be renewed for a period of ninety days
    after the denial, unless the order of denial permits renewal at an
    earlier time.
