Nature of adjudication
Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 7, PART 8
§ 781. Nature of adjudication. No adjudication under this article may
be denominated a conviction, and no person adjudicated a person in need
of supervision under this article shall be denominated a criminal by
reason of such adjudication.
